Peak Vacations Inc. does not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

When you request a vacation quote, contact Peak Vacations Inc. or proceed with a reservation, we may collect information such as:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number, when voluntarily provided;
• your preferred contact method, when provided;
• arrival and departure dates and whether those dates are flexible;
• your requested destination, resort, hotel, vacation rental or accommodation type;
• the number of adults and younger travellers travelling;
• the ages of younger travellers at the time of travel;
• room, suite or accommodation preferences, when provided;
• special requests or additional information, when provided;
• reservation and confirmation information;
• communications between you and Peak Vacations Inc.; and
• payment or transaction records for amounts paid directly to Peak Vacations Inc.

The initial quote form does not request payment-card numbers, passport information or copies of identity documents.

Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, passport or payment-card information in the Additional Information field.

3. Information About Children and Infants

The quote form may request the ages of younger travellers at the time of travel because age may affect accommodation occupancy, availability, eligibility and pricing.

Peak Vacations Inc. does not request children’s names, dates of birth or identification documents through the initial quote form.

A parent, legal guardian or authorized adult must provide any information concerning a traveller who is under the age of majority.

4. How We Use Personal Information

Peak Vacations Inc. may use personal information to:

• review and respond to a quote request;
• prepare a personalized vacation quotation;
• communicate with you about your requested vacation;
• help determine suitable destinations, accommodations, resorts and room options;
• coordinate an authorized guest reservation when requested;
• provide reservation-related customer support;
• prepare quotes, invoices and business records;
• administer changes, cancellations or refund requests;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse or misuse of the website;
• maintain the security and operation of the website; and
• meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Personal information will not be used for a new or unrelated purpose without obtaining additional consent where consent is required.

5. Consent

By submitting the quote form, contacting Peak Vacations Inc. or asking us to proceed with a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw your consent, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

Withdrawing consent may prevent Peak Vacations Inc. from preparing a quote, completing a reservation or continuing to provide requested assistance.

Peak Vacations Inc. does not sell or rent personal information and does not disclose it for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

Personal information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary:

• to website-hosting, email or technology providers that help us operate the website and receive quote requests;
• to accommodation providers, tour operators, travel suppliers or booking providers when you authorize Peak Vacations Inc. to request, coordinate or administer a reservation or travel service;
• to payment providers where you choose to make a payment to Peak Vacations Inc.;
• to professional advisers, such as accountants, legal advisers or insurers, where reasonably necessary;
• to investigate suspected fraud, misuse or security concerns; or
• where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

Peak Vacations Inc. will disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

7. Travel Suppliers, Including Sandos Hotels & Resorts

Information will not be sent to an accommodation provider or other travel supplier merely because you submit an initial quote request.

If you ask Peak Vacations Inc. to proceed with a reservation or other travel service, the information reasonably required to request or administer that service may be provided to the applicable accommodation provider, tour operator, booking provider or other travel supplier.

Once information is provided to a travel supplier, its handling may also be governed by that supplier’s privacy policy and applicable legal obligations. This includes Sandos Hotels & Resorts when you ask Peak Vacations Inc. to proceed with an applicable Sandos reservation.

8. Website and Technical Information

The website and hosting provider may automatically record limited technical information needed to operate, secure and maintain the website.

This may include:

• internet protocol address;
• browser or device type;
• date and time of access;
• pages requested;
• server error information; and
• information used to identify spam or malicious activity.

Peak Vacations Inc. does not currently use information collected through the quote form for behavioural advertising.

Quote requests submitted through the website may be stored as structured records within Peak Vacations Inc.’s secured website-hosting environment so that the request can be reviewed, processed and integrated with internal quotation tools.

9. Safeguarding Personal Information

Peak Vacations Inc. uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

These measures may include:

• password-protected accounts and systems;
• restricted access to customer information;
• secure website connections where available;

Peak Vacations Inc. may contact you to confirm or correct information that appears incomplete or inconsistent.

• request access to your personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• ask how your information has been used or disclosed;
• withdraw consent where permitted; or
