Peak Vacations arranges an eligible Sandos guest reservation using authorized Royal Elite membership access. The Sandos reservation is created for the travelling guests and includes the applicable Royal Elite guest benefits shown in the quote and Reservation Confirmation.

No. Peak Vacations does not require guests to attend or purchase anything at a sales presentation. Sandos may extend optional invitations or offers during a stay, which guests may decline.

A room category carrying the Royal Elite name does not by itself guarantee Royal Elite member or guest benefits. The applicable benefits depend on how the reservation is created and what appears in the Sandos Reservation Confirmation.

Royal Elite guest access generally cannot be added to a reservation made through another source. Peak may need to arrange a new eligible reservation. Do not cancel an existing booking until Peak confirms availability and next steps in writing.

It includes the Peak Vacations Membership Access Fee, GST, the 15% Sandos Deposit and any applicable payment-processing charge separately disclosed on the quote.

Unless your Reservation Confirmation says otherwise, the remaining 85% Sandos all-inclusive balance is paid in USD directly to Sandos at check-in. Applicable resort and local taxes are also payable to Sandos.

Peak collects the Due to Confirm Reservation amount in CAD and shows relevant USD equivalents for transparency. The disclosed Bank of Canada reference rate applies to the 15% Sandos Deposit conversion. Your remaining Sandos Balance is paid in USD at check-in, and your financial institution may use a different exchange rate or apply its own fees.

Cancellation does not guarantee a refund. The Sandos Deposit may be refundable, partially refundable, eligible for credit or rebooking, or non-refundable under the Reservation Confirmation and applicable Sandos policies.

The available options shown on your quote may include e-transfer or a secure payment link for credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Any applicable processing charge is disclosed before payment.
